Ideas create emotions, emotions create patterns in the cells of the body. The body then is a reflection of the ideas and thoughts. Ideas>>Emotions>>Body.

What a great mirror for living a joyful life. Think good thoughts, create real and positive emotions, create healthy cells…(or vice versa).

Some books and movies that have helped me understand this concept are:

What the  @#$%^ Bleep Do We Know ? (film)
Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn

The Metabolic Plan by Stephen Cherniske

Ask and it is Given by Ester and Jerry Hicks

Molecules of Emotion by Candace B. Pert Ph.D.

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

Get the mind involved in your process of healing and feeling good!

Remember who you are…and fall in love with you. This is the journey.

My favorite teachers of nourishing the spirit include Caroline Myss, Louis Hay, Joseph Campell…beautiful ideas, words and tools to remind us of our divine nature.

I find wonderful insights and enlightenment from these two sources. The messages are empowering, co-creative and practicle for living a joyous life. They contain information that has opened up my world:
